Recycling

• For those Rosetta MICR toner cartridges that have UPS or FedEx shipping labels inside, remove the label from the box. Place the used cartridge in the box and tape the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package. Please utilize the return instructions on the form.
• For those cartridges, maintenance kits and waste toner containers that DO NOT have UPS or FedEx labels inside the box, go to the Ricoh USA website http://www.Ricoh-usa.com/recycling. About 2/3rds down the page and on the right-hand side, will be a link to print out a pre-paid label to return the items for recycling. Once printed, tape the pre-paid label to the outside of the package. Please utilize the return instructions on the form.
• For empty Pro-Series, Promark 8100, and SP8200/8300/8400 MICR toner bottles, remove the return label from the box the new product came in, place the used bottles in the box and tape the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package. Please utilize the return instructions on the form. If you do not have a pre-paid shipping label, or If you wish to collect more bottles to ship at a later time, when you are ready to ship, contact our shipping department at 800-937-4224 x 123 and request a return label.

Recycling is available in the Continental United States.

• Remove toner cartridges out of individual boxes and consolidate the cartridges into a larger cardboard box. Tape the prepaid label to the package, and be sure to tape all seams to prevent leakage. Drop the package off at a UPS shipping location or include it with your next pickup or drop-off at your facility. If you call UPS to pick up this specific item, you're responsible for the pickup cost. The return package dimensions should be:

• No larger than 165 inches (419 cm) in combined length and girth (2x width + 2x height).
• No longer than 108 inches (270 cm).
• No more than 25 lbs. in weight.
