As a Value Plus+ Reseller you can receive training so you can provide service yourself, or we contract with Ricoh technicians to provide installation and onsite service. You can benefit from this recurring revenue stream with a rebate when you sell onsite service.
MICR printing requires specialized equipment and experience. So we have developed a combination of 7x24 phone support and responsive, onsite service to ensure your customers are printing MICR documents (both checks and Image Replacement Documents/IRDs) that meet all American National Standard’s MICR specifications and requirements.

Value Plus+ Partners will automatically receive instant rebates when purchasing any printer in Rosetta's family of Ricoh's MICR-engineered printers. Rebates are calculated from standard dealer (VAR) prices.

We provide MICR selling tips, competitive analysis, pre-sales conference calls and opportunity analysis, post-sales installation support and on-site service.
MICR Consumables Discounts & Warranties
Discounts for MICR consumables are applied at purchase. Special bids are also available for large-volume opportunities. The warranty on MICR supplies is one year from date of purchase for defects in materials and workmanship. Instructions for Return Material Authorization (RMA) can be obtained from Rosetta.
MICR University & Training
We regularly provide web-based training to Value Plus + Resellers. Onsite training for MICR printing and selling solutions can be provided for your sales force, or we offer fee-based technical training at our Tampa headquarters.
