First Call

Rosetta Technologies First Call Program provides an expert, trained technician who will manage your service incident from initial contact through follow-up call when the issue is resolved.

Hardware Maintenance Contracts That Fit Your Needs

Service products are available to suit the business needs of your organization. Rosetta Technologies provides phone and on-site support starting at 5x9 next business day to 7x24 with 4-hour response time.  Monthly, annual, and multi-year products are available.

Software and Services

All of our Digital Output Solutions, digitization services and electronic forms are guaranteed to perform as specified and are delivered with a 90 day warranty that guarantees 100% compliance based on the original project specifications as provided by the customer.

Software Maintenance contracts are available on supported products, and can be purchased annually. A standard software maintenance contract provides unlimited phone and email support for two named end-users, Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST. Product updates and upgrades can also be obtained at no additional cost to those who have a current maintenance contract.

Holidays Observed

Holidays observed by Rosetta Technologies are: New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and Rosetta corporate holidays.
