Rosetta Technologies Customer Care Program provides a special level of service for our customers.  Among its features are notification of special promotions, advance notice of maintenance renewals, software release updates, information on new products and enhancements and special supplies contracts.

We also provide MICR Document evaluation services for any MICR printer to provide you the peace of mind that your checks meet ANSI and ABA standards. Under this program, we will periodically evaluate your checks for MICR line placement, character formation, signal strength and adhesion. These results can be used to show your bank that you have been performing due diligence if the quality of your output is ever questioned.
