X9Print Advanced Returns offers banks the ability to simplify their returns process and improve their communications with their customers, without requiring full image enablement.
X9Print Advanced Returns software accesses incoming ICL files that are received via FedReturn daily. It then automatically creates ANSI-compliant IRDs of the original check from ANSI X9.100-180-2006 or DSTU X9.37-2003 files and generates and collates a personalized customer letter, explanation of charges, legal rights and return IRD tear-off into one complete document. The document is then folded, inserted into a window envelope and mailed.
