Rosetta Technologies Appoints Industry Veteran as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

- Fossella brings MICR and payments industry experience to company -

Tampa, F.L., January 21, 2008


Rosetta Technologies, the leading provider of workgroup and light-production MICR printing solutions, today announced the addition of Glen Fossella as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Fossella will oversee day-to-day sales and business development, as well as drive the market strategy for the company.

Fossella joins Rosetta from Source Technologies, where he served as General Manager of the company's MICR printing business unit and Vice President of Corporate Marketing. "Glen's experience in the MICR industry and insight into the payments space will be a key driving force in ensuring that Rosetta will meet the aggressive goals we've set for 2008 and beyond," said Rob Hullar, president, Rosetta Technologies. "Glen provides strong leadership to our sales force and creative momentum to overall company progress."

In addition to his years at Source Technologies, Fossella brings more than 20 years of enterprise software and hardware sales, business development and marketing management experience to Rosetta Technologies. He founded two multi-million-dollar businesses before the age of 30 including a computer automated design (CAD)/Imaging systems integrator and a wholesale distributor of office systems. In the mid-90s, Fossella served as director of sales for Logility, a $30 million publicly traded supply chain management (SCM) software vendor, overseeing the company's entry and rapid growth in the advanced planning and scheduling market. He was also director of marketing for SCM software vendor Numetrix prior to its acquisition by Oracle.

Fossella is the co-inventor of several software technologies including constraint-based forecasting, compliance optimization and the event processor. He holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
