Robert W. Hullar
President, Chief Executive Officer More Details +/-
As a co-founder of Rosetta Technologies, and currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Hullar provides leadership that supports the growth and profitability of the company. Under Hullar's supervision, the company has achieved tremendous growth and success and is now recognized as a leader in the MICR industry.
In addition to establishing MICR relationships with some of the world's
largest printer manufacturers including Kyocera, IBM, HP, Tally-Genicom,
Hitachi and most recently Ricoh, Hullar has led the company in pioneering
technology for new applications of MICR.
Prior to establishing Rosetta Technologies in 1987, Hullar was Director
of Marketing for MegaCom, Inc, a developer of printer control systems and other related technologies. He joined that company just after its inception, and built the engineering department before overseeing the marketing department. Prior to that Hullar worked
as a systems analyst in Gainesville, Florida, and taught computer science
at a local college.
Hullar attended Allegheny College, Miami University and Santa Fe Community
College. He majored in Chemistry and Computer Science.
Bill Sano
Chief Financial Officer

Bill Sano has served Rosetta Technologies as Chief Financial Officer
for more than six years. In this role Sano oversees all accounting,
finance, IT and human resource functions. His focus is to continually
work on integrating the company's financial functions with line operations,
while also working to develop systemic processes.
Sano has more than 20 years experience in a variety of industries. Prior
to joining Rosetta Technologies, he worked with KPMG Certified Public
Accountants, GE, Schlumberger Ltd. & CNF Menlo Logistics (acquired by
UPS).
Sano earned his BBA in accounting at Siena College in New York. He resides
in Tampa, FL.
Jim Maher
Vice President, Chief Technical Officer

When he joined Rosetta Technologies in 2000, James Maher already had
an impressive resume in office imaging, copy products, color business
and optical media. Currently serving as Vice President, Chief Technical
Officer, Maher's vast technical expertise is pertinent in ensuring that
Rosetta is developing innovative, high-quality MICR solutions.
Maher is a pioneer in the MICR industry. During his tenure at Rosetta
Technologies, he has developed and introduced eight new MICR
products and three new software products to the market. Maher has even
established new metrics for evaluating MICR performance, and published
papers which outline these processes. In addition, he set up a learning
center for modern design and development practices, which offers courses
including statistics, design of experiments, and physics of the electrophotographic
process.
Prior to joining Rosetta Technologies Maher worked for internationally-recognized companies
including Eastman Kodak, NexPress, and Xerox Corporation. He was involved
in all aspects of the development of high-quality electrophotographic
systems for both color and black & white printers. Maher also invented
and developed novel sensors for electrophotographic process control.
In addition, he directed the efforts of a research and engineering staff
through the development and design of the Kodak 14-inch Optical Disk.
Maher has many credits and affiliations to his name. He has been published
on various topics in twelve publications, and has been awarded 13 patents.
In addition, Maher is a past member of the adjunct faculty of the Rochester
Institute of Technology; past visiting professor to North Carolina State
University; as well as member of the National Honor Society, IEEE,
and SPIE.
Maher was schooled in all of the modern engineering and manufacturing
techniques, such as design of experiments and statistical process control.
He earned both his MS in Electrical Engineering and his BS in Physics
at the University of Rochester in New York. His master degree thesis
topic was Modulation of Optical Guided Waves in Polyvinylidenefluoride.
His additional course work includes: Advanced Design of Experiments;
Taguchi Design Methods; Statistical Process Control; Digital Image Processing;
Optical Engineering; Color Science; and Engineering.
Paul Malinowski
Executive Vice President, Operations

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Paul Malinowski supervises
the operations and customer technical support departments of Rosetta
Technologies. His focus is on continually evaluating internal operations
and striving to create efficiencies and improvements that can help the
company to better serve their customers.
Since retiring from the Army in 1994, Malinowski has worked in both
the government and private sectors. His specialties include organizational
development, team building and process improvement. In the Army he specialized
in Personnel and Administrative Systems management, where his application
of Total Quality Management principles to headquarters and systems produced
unprecedented reductions in cycle time and administrative costs, and
achieved dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction. The processes
he developed for screening applicants for military service were adopted
for use throughout the United States.
Malinowski was President of the Tampa Bay Quality Network, Region 4
Coordinator for the Sterling Team Showcase and a member of the Pinellas
County Quality Academy Advisory Board. He has also provided training
and consulting services in Total Quality Management principles and techniques
to several organizations and companies in the Tampa Bay area. He has
a Masters Degree in Public Relations from Ball State University in Muncie,
IN.
Glen Fossella
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

In his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Glen Fossella
oversees day-to-day sales and business development, as well as driving
the market strategy for the company. In addition to being an industry
veteran, Glen draws upon more than 20 years of experience within
a variety of technologies.
Before joining Rosetta, Fossella worked in a dual role at Source Technologies.
As both General Manager of the company's controlled print business unit
and Corporate Marketing VP, he oversaw all aspects of the MICR business.
He also played an integral role in establishing their leadership position
in the self-service market.
In addition to his years at Source Technologies, Fossella has successfully
started and sold two multi-million dollar businesses: a computer-aided
engineering/imaging systems integrator; and a wholesale distributor
of office systems. Later, through some key sales and marketing managerial
positions within various companies, he gained a diverse understanding
of the technological industry. At Knorr Capital Partner AG, he created
an integrated delivery portfolio development process, and undertook
several hands-on projects with portfolio companies. In addition to his
business background, he has co-invented several software technologies
including constraint-based forecasting, compliance optimization, and
an event processor.
Fossella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University. He
resides in Charlotte, NC.
