In addition to our Customer Care Program we offer many services to our customers

Hardware Maintenance Contracts
Phone and on-site support plans range from 5x9 next business day to 7x24
with 4-hour response time. Annual and multi-year plans are available.
Software
Maintenance Contracts
Annual plans provide unlimited phone and email support for two named end-users,
Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST. Product updates and upgrades can also
be obtained at no additional cost to those who have a current maintenance
contract.
MICR Expertise and Consulting
Rosetta Technologies toner chemists, scientists and engineers are equipped
to consult on all of your MICR-related issues and questions.
