Each system includes Rosetta Technologies IRD Print software, an IRD Printer with E13B MICR printer fonts, MICR toner cartridge and 500 sheets of IRD paper. This provides a complete IRD printing solution for branch bank or credit union locations to print return, forward or exception IRD's. Rosetta IRD Print Systems are available that output complete IRDs at speeds from 30 items per minute up to 276 items per minute.

'Return' IRD Printing

How do you process ‘return' IRDs? Are you paying the Federal Reserve or third party processors to print and courier these items to you? Now you can print ‘return' IRDs in branch locations and respond to immediate customer service requests at a very cost-effective price.

'Forward' IRD printing

Concerned about network failures or other IRD processing problems? The Rosetta IRDPrint / Express also allows you too easily convert ‘forward' IRDs from electronic files to paper IRDs. If you are archiving ‘forward' IRD files this print system also allows you to quickly and easily convert ANS X 9.100-180 files back to paper.

Rosetta IRDPrint/Express

The Rosetta IRD Print / Express software is designed to operate with current Microsoft Windows™ 2000 or XP operating systems. It supports the complete line of Rosetta IRD printers that are compatible with HP PCL 5e and Postscript page description languages.

When IRDs files are received they may be printed “on-demand” or they may be spooled and  rinted as a “batch” process. “Forward” IRDs are printed in a 1-up or 3-up format. “Return” IRDs will be printed in either 1-up or 3-up format depending on the specific printer paper trays available. 4-up “Qualified Returns” require 11”x 17” paper and the appropriate printer to accommodate this size output.

The optional Rosetta Technologies IRDPrint / View & Reprint software (sold separately) may used to search files and locate IRDs for submission to a secure authorized reprint process.
