Rosetta Technologies integrates CheckStream™ v1.5 into Digital PreSets for ERP … Rosetta Technologies Corporation announced the introduction of CheckStream™ v1.5 and the integration of secure document (check) printing for ERP applications. Designed for Business-Critical Applications, CheckStream™, a Windows NT/2000-based check-printing and electronic document management system, affords high levels of security and data processing of company A/P (Accounts Payable), Payroll, and Reimbursement checks. First introduced in 2001, CheckStream™ incorporates secure MICR document production technology in an easy to use software solution, which now includes Rosetta Technologies' Digital PreSets™ for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and higher education systems. The Digital PreSet™ for ERP has extensive output capabilities that range from printers and facsimile (Fax), to Internet-ready document formats like SMTP-compliant e-mail, PDF, HTML, XML, etc. CheckStream™ v1.5 affords a seamless connection between any Host application and the secure production of documents. CheckStream™ v1.5 includes enhanced OnDemand manual check production for those applications that require an expedient one-up check, e.g., COD shipments, emergency payroll check, duplicate copy for vendor payment, etc. Production check printing can be improved through this latest version's “load balancing” (across multiple printers), routing and distribution (to remote printers), improved audit trails and logs, as well as the latest version of ‘messaging' and ‘alerts' for system administration and management approvals. CheckStream™ v1.5 supports a wide range of MICR printers from Rosetta Technologies Corporation, including the recently announced 70-ppm (page per minute) printer, and the emerging 92 ppm printer. This latest version of CheckStream™ will accommodate a wider range of Enterprise Applications and Production printer environments.
