Commerce Bank Selects
Rosetta to Provide Check 21 Solution FOR RELEASE MAY 4th, 2005
The IRDPrint System – Remote Capture software receives image files and the associated check information captured by scanning checks at their corporate customer's site and forwarded by the RDM Image & Transaction Management System (ITMS™) software. The IRDPrint System then renders these files into IRDs. The software compiles deposit tickets, creating a complete deposit transaction output file, which is then delivered to Rosetta Technologies MICR printers for producing ANSI-compatible substitute checks or IRDs. These IRDs and their associated deposit tickets are then processed by Commerce Bank as any paper-based deposit. Rosetta Technologies' IRDPrint System – Remote Capture is a robust software package that provides for the creation of IRDs, job composition and re-composition, intelligent job recovery, management of multiple printers, audit trail reporting and security. IRD jobs are tracked from beginning to final output, with detailed control over queue operations, re-sorting, print and hold, and duplicate detection. The View & Reprint module allows for viewing individual IRDs, bundles or batches, and reprinting selected items under additional password control. “The system is scaleable, secure and extensible, built to grow as transaction volumes increase,” said Rob Hullar, of Rosetta Technologies. “We are very pleased to have been selected by Commerce Bank for the IRD printing portion of their overall remote capture initiative. All the Commerce team have been and continue to be a pleasure to work with, and they understand their business model extremely well”, he added. “Check 21 has provided Commerce Bank with a platform to enhance our commercial banking product offering," said Andrew Kaplan, senior vice president, commercial banking, Commerce Bank. "It allows our customers to remotely capture and transmit deposited items from their places of business directly to Commerce Bank. Rosetta Technologies' product functionality is both cost effective and integrates well into RDM's existing workflow process.” About Rosetta Technologies Rosetta Technologies Corporation has been developing MICR printing solutions since the early 1990s.
