1. We are closely monitoring the situation regarding the outbreak of corona virus (COVID-19) and taking immediate measures based on Rosetta’s business continuity approach to risks of this nature, including:
A. Protecting the wellbeing of our employees and their families as a primary focus
B. Making every effort to continuously provide the services and products required by our customers.
C. We are in weekly contact with our suppliers to keep abreast of inventory.
D. We have initiated a Crisis action team, headed by our Executive Vice President, whose focus is to maintain close liaison with our supply chain on a weekly basis to evaluate inventory stocking levels of Rosetta raw materials. In addition, we have determined that none of our MICR toners or MICR developers contain any materials made in China.
2. Rosetta Employees: We are promoting CDC recommendations regarding infection prevention and are postponing business trips in all areas identified by the CDC for the foreseeable future
3. We maintain a good inventory of products and supplies, and do not anticipate significant disruptions in the short term. We also have business continuity plans in place, focused on providing the high-quality service you expect from Rosetta Technologies
